If the room you booked is not available we will do our best to find a similar option. Please read the booking terms & conditions before booking.

  • Reservations cannot be cancelled unless 48 hours notice is given.
  • Cash is also accepted at the front desk.
  • We Accept M-PESA, TIGO PESA, AIRTEL MONEY.
  • Any price sent by Ruangwa Pride Hotel is a proposal only. No services are confirmed and prices may vary through unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. To confirm a booking we must receive written confirmation. Unless otherwise, the service is confirmed when the deposit is paid into our bank account. If any service requested is then not available, you will be notified and suitable alternatives and their availability and price indicated.
